DRAW RULES & PRIZE REQUIREMENTS
1. The draws
COOLDOG runs these promotional draws. All draws use an automated, server-side random draw with timestamped audit logs. A purchase never changes your odds.

2. How wheel wins are decided
- The win is decided on the server at the moment you press spin, using the exact percentage chance set for each prize in the server configuration.
- The wheel segments on your screen are visual only and are always the same size. The graphics never show the real chance, and editing the web page cannot change the odds.
- Some prizes carry a unique winning code drawn from a server file of single-use codes. TRY AGAIN means no prize was won on that spin.
- Every spin, win, code and timestamp is recorded in the server audit files for verification.
- The administrator sets and can adjust the prize percentages at any time. Current chances are not published per spin because the draws are randomised server-side.
3. Points that unlock the wheels
- Registration +10 (once) · Profile & consent +20 (once) · Welcome reward +50 (once).
- Daily check-in +5 and a random +1..+10 draw, once every 24 hours.
- Referral +30 per friend who joins with your code (maximum 5 per day).
- Purchase claim +15 for scan-channel members, once every 7 days.
- Weekly wheel unlocks at 1,000 points; quarterly grand wheel unlocks at 5,000 points. Your balance is checked on the server before every spin.
4. Who may enter
- You must be 18 years or older and resident in the Republic of South Africa.
- Your mobile number must be a valid South African WhatsApp number (+27, starting with 06, 07 or 08) and must pass the one-time SMS verification on the entry page.
- One entry per verified phone number. Duplicate, fake or automated entries are disqualified.
- Directors, employees, agents of the Promoter and their immediate families may not enter.
5. Prize distribution requirements
Before any prize is released, the winner must:
- Claim on the prize page within 30 days of winning.
- Provide a full name that matches a government-issued ID document, a valid email address and the mobile number that matches the registered WhatsApp number.
- Enter the winning code shown in their draw result and the prize name.
- Provide their South African ID number and upload a clear photo of the ID document (front page, under 50MB).
- Provide a detailed postal/delivery address in South Africa for physical prizes, or correct banking details for cash prizes paid by EFT.
The Promoter will then:
- Verify the identity document, age, phone number and winning code against the draw records.
- Pay cash prizes by EFT within 30 days of successful verification.
- Ship physical prizes to the verified South African address only.
- Redraw a replacement winner if a winner cannot be contacted or verified within 30 days.
Prize conditions:
- Prizes are personal and not transferable.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash unless the Promoter chooses to offer a cash alternative.
- If you win a wheel prize, you may redeem it via the prize page and the official WhatsApp number. Unverified numbers or mismatched details void the claim.
- The Promoter's verification decision is final.
6. Fair play
- Attempting to alter the draw, using multiple numbers for one person, automated scripts or fake SMS numbers leads to disqualification and removal of all points.
- All entries, points, spins, wins and consent records are stored in server audit files and can be checked against the official records at any time.
7. Legal
This is a promotional competition under Section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 — not a lottery. No purchase is necessary. See the full Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which form part of these rules. Entry does not grant marketing consent.
